Apollon 7 Group Consulting has customized packages to meet all of your real estate needs. If you use any of our services and pay fees, we will credit the fees out of escrow at closing.

　　First-time consultation（30 min.）

 

         VIP Package#1:   

Our experienced real estate experts will select properties to meet your budget and requirements. This package needs a pre-approval or pre-qualified letter or proof of funds (last 2-month bank statements)

　     Fee：$60

         If you wish to tour the properties we selected, we will credit it to VIP Package#2 or #3.

　　   VIP Package#2:   Property Tour and Consultation

           - If driving your own car(s)

            Fee：$360

　　　What's included: **Showings up to 10 properties**, Zoom meeting (30min)、Property research and selection according to your specific needs.

 

           VIP Package#3:   Property Tour and Consultation

            - If touring with our agent's car (up to 3)

            - Contact us if you are a party of 4+

            Fee：$420

           What's included: *Showings up to 10 properties**, Zoom meeting (30min)、Property research and selection according to your specific needs.

 

*We will credit the fees if you hire our agents to purchase properties within 10 month from the date of your first showing, 

**A $180 additional fee will be incurred on every 5 additional showings.
