-> You will need to have a nationality from the country where the U.S. has the treaty with. *treaty countries

E2 visa might be good for you if you wish to:

Live in the U.S. for a long-term
Open checking and/or savings accounts at banks in the U.S.
Open a US brokerage account to trade stocks, bonds and futures.
